Job summary

2nd Chance Clinic in Somerset, KY is an addiction treatment center serving adults in the greater central Kentucky area. We are seeking an experienced, ethical, self-motivated Advanced practice provider (NP and PA) to join our team and help deliver prevention, screening, intervention and treatment for substance use and addiction.

This position begins as one day per week with potential to develop into a 5-day practice. All PA/NP hires are employees; background checks are required for all new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in addiction treatment or related behavioral health care.
• Ability to perform prevention, screening, intervention and treatment.
• Licensed in KY KBML or KBN with DEA registration and CPR/BLS/ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide prevention, screening, intervention and treatment for substance use.
• Work as part of a small team in Somerset, KY with potential to expand to 5 days.
• Maintain compliance with background checks and professional standards.
