Job summary

Pivotal Placement Services is seeking experienced clinicians to join a Level IV NICU team providing advanced neonatal care in a high-acuity setting. The role includes 12- or 24-hour shifts with day and night options and no on-call requirements.

Responsibilities include attending high-risk deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, newborn assessments, and care plan development in collaboration with neonatology and the care team. Competitive compensation with sign-on bonus and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted APRN license.
• Current BLS and NRP certification.
• Current, unrestricted PA license.
• NCCPA certification.
• Minimum 2 years NICU experience preferred.

• Provide clinical care for neonates in NICU in collaboration with supervising neonatologists.
• Attend high-risk deliveries and initiate neonatal resuscitation and stabilization.
• Perform comprehensive newborn assessments and physical examinations.
• Obtain patient and family histories.
• Develop and implement care plans with the care team.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies.
• Perform procedures within the scope of practice.
• Manage general neonatal care including feeding, thermoregulation, and phototherapy.
• Participate in daily rounds and interdisciplinary communication.

We are growing our Advanced Practice Provider team and seeking experienced clinicians to support care in a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering evidence-based care to neonates requiring advanced support.

Position Overview

Our Level IV NICU provides comprehensive care for premature and critically ill newborns. The care team includes Neonatologists, Advanced Practice Providers, pediatric specialists, and multidisciplinary support staff working together to manage complex neonatal conditions.

Schedule

• 12-hour or 24-hour shifts
• Day and night options available
• No call requirement
