Job summary
Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a community-based health team in Washington. The role operates within a Patient Centered Medical Home model, collaborating with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care across diverse patients.
The ARNP will perform advanced assessments, develop teaching plans, and ensure timely charting while meeting productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited ARNP program and licensed as RN/ARNP in Washington.
- Prescriptive authority in Washington state is required.
- Experience in primary care clinic settings is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
- Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care.
- Develop and implement teaching plans to support patient health goals.
- Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
- Maintain chart documentation within a 48-hour window and ensure accuracy.
- Meet productivity expectations with a minimum of 3,400 encounters/year.
