Hillcountryclinic seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Redding and Round Mountain locations. The APP will provide preventive care, health assessments and counseling in collaboration with a supervising physician.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Nursing or PA studies, active CA NP/PA license, and national certification. At least one year of clinical experience, preferably in a rural clinic, is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Nursing or PA studies required.
• Active and unrestricted NP/PA California license.
• Current certification through a nationally accredited NP/PA program.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of clinical experience; rural clinic experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform initial health assessments and preventive care visits.
• Conduct well-child visits, immunizations, and adult health exams including men’s and women’s health.
• Obtain supervision consultation per practice agreements and collaborate with the care team.
• Participate in medical staff meetings, peer review, case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
