Job summary

NorthBay Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for Primary Care to join their team in Napa, California. Qualifications

• Must have current Physician Assistant licensure by the State of California.
• Current California licensure as a Nurse Practitioner and Board Certification required.
• Current AHA or equivalent certification in CPR is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and updates patient history.
• Formulate diagnosis and treatment plans as appropriate.
• Provide patient education and document care timely.

Skills

Ability to evaluate patient’s physical and emotional status

Demonstrates knowledge for age-related needs

Computer skills including MS Word and Outlook

Knowledge of Cerner preferred

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

Master’s in Nursing including Nurse Practitioner Program
