Qualifications

• Credentialing as active medical staff member with hospital privileges.
• Current Health Care Provider BLS training.
• MSN/DNP pursued if not held at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care to patients with complex acute, critical, and chronic conditions.
• Care for neonatal, pediatric, and adult populations.
• Operate in settings requiring high-acuity monitoring and therapies.
• Participate in quality monitoring and FPPE/OPPE for Joint Commission compliance.
• Emphasize health promotion, prevention, and treatment of health problems.
• Collaborate with medical staff and discharge planning.
