Job summary

Ohio State University is seeking a Manager of Advanced Practice to lead and mentor APPs in the Primary Care Ambulatory setting. The role collaborates with division leadership and physicians to optimize APP practice and patient care across acute and chronic conditions.

You will coordinate education, mentor APP Leads, and align with system goals while reporting to the APP Director to ensure professional practice excellence.

Qualifications

• MSN in nursing or PA master's required.
• APRN license with NP certification or NCCPA certification.
• Eligibility for OH PA-C licensure.
• At least four years of experience including two years in APP leadership or educator roles.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to APPs and nursing staff.
• Serve as liaison between APPs and department leadership.
• Oversee APP practice and ensure credentialing/scope compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians to deliver full-scope patient care.
• Develop and implement best practices for ambulatory primary care.
