Job summary

Qualifications

• Current APRN authority to practice in Ohio.
• Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program eligible for national certification recognized by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Master of Science Degree in Nursing.
• 0 years of relevant experience required; 0-2 years preferred.
• Masters Prepared; PA-C program eligible for NCCPA certification; OH licensure for PA-C.
• 0 years required; 0-2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in collaboration with a licensed physician.
• Focus on preventive care and management of acute or stable chronic conditions.
• Educate patients and families, promote health, and refer to resources when appropriate.
