Job summary

The APP Manager provides care in collaboration with a licensed physician, focusing on preventive care and management of acute and chronic conditions, with a leadership role in education and professional development for APRNs

Qualifications

• Master of Science Degree in Nursing or Master’s in Physician Assistant Science.
• APRN License with Certification as an NP or NCCPA.
• Eligibility for State of Ohio licensure as a PA-C.
• At least four (4) years of experience, including two (2) years as an APP and two (2) years in a lead APP/administrative leadership/educator role.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and oversee APP practice and utilization.
• Serve as liaison between APPs and leadership; drive professional development.
• Provide health care services in collaboration with a licensed physician, focusing on preventive care and management of acute and chronic conditions.
