Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking an APP Manager for the Fellowship Program at James Cancer Hospital. You will oversee the APP Fellows, coordinate education, and partner with nursing and physician leadership to drive clinical excellence and standardized practices across sites.

You will design and evaluate training, mentor APPs, and contribute to workforce strategy, onboarding, and policy development in collaboration with the College of Nursing and APP leadership.

Qualifications

• MSN or PA degree with APRN license and NP/PA-C certification.
• At least four years of experience, including two years as APP and two years in a lead APP/administrative leadership or APP Educator role.
• Doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage APP Fellows, including annual performance evaluations.
• Guide initiatives in pathway to practice and onboarding.
• Coordinate education and clinical instruction for the APP Fellowship Program.
• Collaborate with OSU Wexner Medical Center leadership and the College of Nursing on partnerships.
• Contribute to review and refinement of policies, procedures, and standards of care across the medical center.
