Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing and APRN license as required by Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Proven leadership, collaboration, and people development skills.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience directing clinical teams and managing program budgets.

Responsibilities

• Show leadership by developing APPs and driving culture that aligns with OhioHealth values.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical partners to support system initiatives.
• Direct top-of-licence practice within clinical specialty and mentor teams.
• Drive APP engagement, satisfaction, and continuous learning.
• Recruit, develop, and retain skilled APPs for assigned areas.
• Oversee budgets and resource deployment to meet organizational needs.
