Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks an APP Manager to lead the Fellowship program, mentor APP Fellows, and coordinate day-to-day operations in partnership with APP leadership and the Associate Director. The role designs and evaluates education, oversees clinical placement, and supports onboarding pathways while aligning with institutional standards and policies.

Requires MS in Nursing or PA Science, APRN license (NP or PA-C), and several years in APP leadership or educator

Qualifications

• MS in Nursing or MS in PA Science required.
• APRN license with NP or PA-C certification.
• 4+ years APP experience including 2+ years in a lead/educator role.

Responsibilities

• Manage APP Fellows and annual performance evaluations.
• Guide initiatives and pathway-to-practice programs.
• Collaborate with OSU College of Nursing on student clinical placement.
• Review and refine policies, procedures and standards of care.
• Lead APP education design and onboarding activities.
