Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status through history, exams, and chart reviews.
• Order/perform labs and screenings and interpret results.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and educate patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure quality care.
• Support annual wellness visits and preventive screenings.
