Job summary

Aultman Health System in Ohio is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to function in an expanded role in the outpatient setting, diagnosing and prescribing under a collaborative agreement with a physician. The position requires MSN, prescriptive authority, and current BLS. Five years of clinical experience and leadership exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• MSN graduate required.
• Prescribed authority or qualifying credentials required.
• Two years NP experience preferred.
• Five years clinical experience needed.
• CME required to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Obtain health history and document exams.
• Perform assessments and document in medical records.
• Facilitate communication between surgeon, anesthesia, and hospital.
• Order diagnostic studies and pharmacologic treatments per protocol.
• Collaborate on diagnosis and care plans with physicians.
