Qualifications

• Must have MSN or PA-C from an accredited program.
• Minimum three years nursing experience in a clinic setting plus one year APP experience.
• Current RN license and current ARNP/PA license with prescriptive authority; CPR.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status by history and exam; determine diagnoses and plan.
• Order/performs diagnostic tests; coordinate with physicians for evaluation.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and educate patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinicians for case management and continuity of care.
• Maintain medical records and document AWVs and care plans.
