Job summary

BAS HealthCare in Salem, OR is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to join a patient-centered team. You will manage your own patient panel, work with underserved populations, and be supported by bilingual Medical Assistants. EPIC EMR is used to coordinate care.

New graduates are welcome; clinical rotations in community health are valued. Clinic hours are 7:30am–7:00pm (Mon-Thu) and 7:30am–5:00pm (Fri) with Saturday hours.

Qualifications

• NP: Master's or Doctoral Degree required
• PA: Master's or Bachelor's in Health Science with two-year Physician Assistant training program
• New graduates welcome; clinical rotations and community health experience valued

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a team-based setting and develop/manage your own patient panel
• Serve underserved populations in a community health setting
• Collaborate with bilingual Medical Assistants for translation and care
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system
• Clinic hours: Mon-Thu 7:30am–7:00pm, Fri 7:30am–5:00pm, Sat 8:00am–5:00pm
