The APC will provide outpatient and inpatient care, discharge planning, and follow-up within evidence-based pathways, ensuring safe, high-quality care and professional development.

• Master's degree required.
• 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Prescribe diagnostic strategies and therapeutic interventions as appropriate.
