CVS Health’s MinuteClinic in the Fort Worth area is seeking clinic-based providers. This role supports part-time (20-25 hrs/week) or full-time (30-35 hrs/week) schedules with on-site duties and potential virtual care when volume allows.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in NP or PA field and active, unrestricted license.
• Current national board certification (AANP/ANCC or NCCPA).
• Ability to provide holistic, evidence-based care.
• Experience with in-person and virtual care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic
• Perform diagnostic testing and preventive counseling
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Engage patients in wellness and chronic disease management
• Handle clinic operations: inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, payments
