Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and family care with assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide in‑person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and care coordination with other providers.
• Support clinic operations, inventory, opening/closing, and patient follow‑up.
