Job summary

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is hiring nurse practitioners or physician assistants to deliver high‑quality, in‑person and virtual care in Ft. Worth-area clinics. You will diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions while coordinating with a clinical team to ensure holistic patient care.

The position emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and ongoing professional development, with credentials including NP/PA license, board certification, and DOT/BLS as applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree for Nurse Practitioners or Master of Science in PA studies for Physician Assistants.
• Active, unrestricted state license as NP or PA with board certification (AANP/ANCC or NCCPA).
• DOT certification within 30 days of employment.
• BLS certification and ability to obtain multi-state licensure as needed.
• Experience delivering both in-person and virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management.
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordinate care with other professionals.
• Engage patients in wellness and chronic disease management.
• Handle essential clinic operations such as inventory, opening/closing, follow‑ups, verification, and payments.
• Maintain a safe, efficient care environment and timely patient appointment management.
