Job summary
MUSC Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the South Carolina Alzheimer's Network (SCAN) within the Cognitive & Behavioral Neurology Division. You will provide specialized dementia care and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve access to treatments, research opportunities, and coordinated long-term care for patients and caregivers.

Qualifications
- APRN/PA licensed or eligible in SC.
- Current BLS certification.
- Interest in cognitive neurology, dementia care, geriatrics or behavioral health.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with Alzheimer's and cognitive/behavioral conditions.
- Take comprehensive histories and perform physicals and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans with longitudinal follow-up.
- Collaborate with neurologists, APPs, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and options.
- Participate in research, quality improvement, and education initiatives.
