Job summary

Danovo Energy Solutions has an immediate opening for an Advanced Testing Advisor focusing on power systems, RTDS, and HIL testing of protection and control equipment. You will work with expert teams to push testing services for utilities and research clients, focusing on inverter-based resources and IEC 61850 digital substations.

This role requires strong leadership, deep power system knowledge, and the ability to write technical reports and proposals.

Qualifications

• Leadership and technical expertise in the utility industry with project involvement and/or patents.
• Degree in Engineering or another relevant technical field.
• 8+ years of experience with Electrical Power Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand test projects on complex protection and control applications.
• Collaborate with utilities and team members to solve technical operating problems and meet client needs.
• Lead or support hardware-in-the-loop testing of systems integrated with protective relaying, control, and SCADA/EMS functions.
• Develop proposals and write technical reports detailing project results.
