Job summary
Prime Healthcare in Olympia Fields, IL, seeks a full-time Advanced Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in daily operations across inpatient and retail settings.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- State Pharmacy Technician License/Registration required.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential required (may be waived for pharmacy students).
- At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience in current practice area (inpatient or retail).
- Additional certifications (PTCB) in CSPT, Nonsterile Compounding, Immunizations, Inventory Management, etc., preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Pharmacist in daily pharmacy operations under supervision.
- Inpatient: support more complex duties, QA/auditing, and training for entry-level technicians.
- Retail: assist with medication preparation and distribution, QA, and oversight of technician training.
