• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (except in Community Specialty Pharmacy and Health System Pharmacy locations).

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities.
• Operate pharmacy systems to process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Manage scheduling, training, and performance of pharmacy technicians.
• Engage customers, resolve complaints, and enhance patient experience.
• Assist pharmacist with patient care tasks including registration, data entry, and medication preparation.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and Good Faith Dispensing.
