This role blends hands-on service with strong customer care, ensuring safe operations, thorough documentation, and high-quality results. Base pay ranges $19-$23 per hour, with additional earnings tied to sales, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks, including safe use of ladders and power tools.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and 3+ years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other offerings.
• Complete indoor and outdoor treatments for new customers with attention to quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans, features, and benefits while addressing customer questions.
• Follow service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE to ensure safe operations.
