Job summary

Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park, Kansas, is seeking an Advanced Patient Care Technician (PCT) in the ICU to work under RN supervision. You will perform advanced clinical tasks and help create a safe, welcoming environment where patients and families feel valued and respected.

Qualifications

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience required.

Responsibilities

• Observe patients, document changes, and communicate with the nursing team.
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as eating, drinking, bathing, and mobility.
• Provide advanced care including phlebotomy, telemetry monitoring, IV line and catheter care, and wound care.
• Assist with lab collection and clerical duties to keep care running smoothly.
• Anticipate patient needs and help ensure a seamless, compassionate experience.
