Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Planning and Development Engineer in Santa Ana, CA to lead mechanical design for the Advanced Electronics Development Initiative.

You will collaborate with senior engineers and drive concept-to-production workflows in the Advanced Manufacturing Group. Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering and 2+ years in PCB-related fields, with strong Python/SQL, C++, and web development skills, plus experience in statistical process control and DFA/DFM

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years PCB experience or related field.
• Experience with design-to-manufacture workflows.

Responsibilities

• Take a project from concept to reality with engineering supervision.
• Produce advanced traveler models and implement them into regular processes.
• Test and qualify new products and processes using statistical analysis.
• Perform drafting and DFM for tooling, incl. additive and subtractive methods.
• Establish test vehicles and DOEs for new processes and material testing.
• Create manufacturing procedures and guidelines for new technologies.
• Assist with mechanical aspects of other initiatives in the Advanced Manufacturing Group.
