The PCT II will bring advanced clinical skills and serve as a resource/mentor for safe patient handling, de-escalation techniques, and point-of-care testing across shifts and patient populations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years Healthcare experience as Nursing Assistant or PCT.
• BLS and CPCT certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, patients and families to provide safe, compassionate care.
• Maintains safety and quality standards and mentors staff on safe patient handling.”
• Delivers designated direct and indirect patient care under supervision of licensed clinicians.
• Acts as a resource/trainer for staff on equipment and procedures.
