Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
• One of the following is required: PCT or related certification (Certified nursing assistant) AND experience: minimum of 2 years nursing assistant, PCT or healthcare experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS/PALS preferred and Dysrhythmia course recommended

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced direct and indirect patient care under supervision of licensed clinicians
• Supports safe patient handling, de-escalation, and point-of-care testing as needed
• Acts as a mentor/coach for staff and trains on supplies and equipment
