Research Medical Center seeks an Advanced Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support RN-led care and deliver compassionate, patient-centered services. You’ll perform advanced clinical tasks, monitor patients, assist with ADLs, and help ensure a welcoming environment across multiple departments.

Responsibilities include observing patients, documenting changes, assisting with lab sample collection, phlebotomy, telemetry monitoring, IV/catheter care, and wound care, while supporting clerical duties

Qualifications

• Experience in providing advanced patient care under RN supervision.
• Ability to observe, document changes, and communicate with nursing staff.
• Experience with phlebotomy, telemetry and IV line/catheter care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe patients, document changes, and communicate with nursing team.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Provide advanced care including phlebotomy, telemetry monitoring, IV/ catheter management, and wound care.
• Support lab sample collection and clerical tasks to maintain smooth operations.
