• Records patient data for re-evaluations and care in the medical record per standards.
• Informs patients and team members of progress and refers for further evaluation.
• Provides therapy education and mentorship to clinical team members and students as needed.
• Identifies and escalates clinical and operational issues to ensure high quality care.
