Responsibilities

• Delivers limited occupational therapy services under supervision.

• Records patient data in the medical record per standards.
• Communicates progress and plans to patients, families, and team.
• Provides therapy education and counseling to individuals.
• Mentors clinical team members and students as needed.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and suggests improvements.
• Reports issues to leadership to ensure high quality care.
• Demonstrates patient-centered care and good customer service.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
