Job summary

Omnes Healthcare is seeking motivated and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our established NHS Primary and Secondary Care network in Greenwich. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to patients across multiple sites, performing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical decision-making as an ANP.

You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, hold current NMC registration, be Independent Prescriber, and engage in supervision and service

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration.
• Independent Prescribing qualification.
• Proven experience working within a Primary Care environment.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Adherence to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and a clear understanding of the Scope of Professional Practice.
• Ability to deliver evidence-based, clinically effective, and cost-effective care.
• Willingness to participate in and provide clinical supervision.
• Openness to contributing to practice-based research and service development, where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment and clinical decision-making for patients.
• Provide high-quality, person-centred care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to service development and research where appropriate.
• Maintain professional standards and participate in supervision and training.
