Location: 301 Lippincott Drive - Marlton. No work from home or remote capabilities.
Shift: 8a to 4:30p, Monday - Friday.
Weekends/Holidays: No weekends, no holidays.
May have to go in the field to educate.

The Advanced Nurse Clinician's primary focus is ensuring clinical outcomes for specific patient populations through staff development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical leadership. The ANC applies High Reliability Organization (HRO) principles aiming for zero harm. They adhere to ANA standards and ethics, aligning their work with the organization’s mission and vision. Supervision is provided collaboratively by the division's AVP/VP and the Director of Clinical Practice and Education.
