Responsibilities and Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license and reside in a Compact US state.
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care required, along with experience in fast-paced environments such as ED or critical care.
• High-speed internet, tech-savviness, and ability to navigate multiple applications are essential.
• Complete three weeks of remote paid training; training schedule varies based on availability.
• Work Monday-Friday, 6:30 am - 4:00 pm CST, no weekends.
• Additional shift opportunities available; must be able to handle stress, multitask, and communicate empathically.

Benefits

Starting pay is $23/hour, with shift differentials for overnight and weekend shifts, PTO, 401(k), and insurance options for full-time employees.
