Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory (INL) seeks an Advanced Reactor Shift Supervisor for the Materials and Fuels Complex in Idaho Falls. You will lead operations, enforce procedures, and act as BED during emergencies, ensuring safe, compliant progress on Pele Mobile Nuclear Power Plant and related projects.

Responsibilities include directing multidisciplinary teams, maintaining safety culture, and coordinating with EAM and control authorities.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DOE clearance.
• Minimum 5 years in a group lead or supervisor role; advanced reactor experience preferred.
• Experience developing procedures and safety principles in nuclear settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations personnel and maintenance activities to achieve mission goals.
• Ensure work follows approved procedures and work control processes.
• Act as Building Emergency Director during site emergencies.
• Coordinate drills and responses with Emergency Action Manager.
• Provide direction to operations supervisors for safe completion of scheduled work.
• Support qualification programs and maintain safety culture.
