Sares Regis Group Residential of Newport Beach, California, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II for Aspire at Live Oak, a 240-unit multifamily community in Live Oak, Texas. This role operates Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, and offers growth within the property management field.

Qualifications

Must have 2 years of experience across trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, appliances, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret service orders and safety instructions; communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
High school diploma or GED; technical school or related experience may be substituted.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

Maintain turnover and renovation units and respond to service requests.
Perform external and internal repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing, appliances, boilers and HVAC systems, and general maintenance.
Participate in emergency and after‑hours coverage as required.
Set up and operate machine tools to repair or fabricate parts and fixtures.
Fabricate and repair cabinets, counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures.
Maintain inventory and related paperwork.
Keep storage facilities and equipment orderly and in working condition.
