Job summary

MyCHN Careers in Houston is seeking an experienced MFM Sonographer to advance maternal-fetal imaging. You will perform advanced MFM ultrasounds, including fetal anatomy surveys, growth assessments, and Doppler, in collaboration with our MFM providers.

You will deliver high-quality diagnostic images, maintain accurate EHR documentation, uphold safety standards, help standardize ultrasound protocols, and mentor fellow sonographers while partnering with physicians and clinic teams to improve

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited sonography/ultrasound program.
ARDMS OB/GYN certification (or obtainable within org timeframe).
BLS certification (or obtainable).
Experience performing obstetric ultrasound.
NT certification preferred where applicable.
Proficiency in fetal anatomy and obstetric measurements.
Strong computer, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced MFM/high-risk obstetric ultrasounds including fetal anatomy surveys, growth, BPP, cervical length, twins, and Doppler.
Deliver high-quality, reproducible diagnostic images; recognize normal vs abnormal findings and elevate time-sensitive results promptly.
Maintain accurate EHR documentation; uphold infection prevention, safety, and quality-assurance standards.
Help standardize MFM ultrasound protocols; mentor and cross-train fellow sonographers.
Partner with physicians, APPs, nursing, and scheduling to strengthen patient experience and continuity.
