Qualifications

• A.A.S. degree or 4 years of mechatronics experience; reading and interpreting instructions and blueprints.
• Strong math and data analysis skills; ability to compile reports.
• Comfort with software/spreadsheets and learning new systems; valid driver's license and travel flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and plan assembly to meet specifications.
• Assemble parts with precision using company tools and machinery.
• Test parts/systems and perform quality control; identify defects and root causes.
• Report findings and communicate with team and management to prevent defects.
• Assist in equipment installation, repair, and customer-site training.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration per procedures.
