Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; must pass welding procedures test.
• Experience: Minimum of three years in related positions.
• Skills: Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics; strong welding and fabrication skills; read blueprints; good interpersonal and PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs MIG welding to fabricate, fit, and secure components per blueprints.
• Dismantles, reshapes, and reassembles damaged parts using cutting and grinding tools.
• Reads blueprints or follows verbal instructions for repairs and fabrication.
• Coordinates tasks with department personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adheres to safety policies and company drug- and alcohol-free workplace requirements.
