Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage patient portal inbox messages and scheduling tasks.
• Assist physicians with procedures and referrals as needed.
• Handle disability paperwork, prior authorizations, and Rx refills.
• Coordinate clinic huddles and participate in telemedicine support.
• Provide scribing support for providers and maintain EMR accuracy.
