Job summary

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Diploma from an approved program or equivalent training.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient in EMR systems and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient portal messages and inbox.
• Assist with physician procedures.
• Coordinate referrals and disability paperwork.
• Process Rx renewals and prior authorizations.
• Support clinic huddles and new-employee orientation.
• Provide telemedicine support and scribing as needed.
