Pay Range: $85,000 - $140,000

What's the Job?

• Develop, design, document, and validate manufacturing equipment and processes, both existing and new, to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Analyze product and equipment specifications to determine feasible designs that align with manufacturing capabilities and project goals.
• Collaborate with research and production teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement modifications for improved reliability and efficiency.
• Create detailed project plans, including schedules, testing protocols, and documentation to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
