Springs Fabrication LLC is seeking a skilled assembler for large-scale mechanical assembly in Colorado Springs. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint-reading ability, and experience with a variety of basic tools.

You will work under supervision, with opportunities to advance in rigging and machining tasks. Responsibilities include planning assembly steps, interpreting plans, and guiding junior team members while maintaining safety and efficiency in a loud fabrication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency with basic tools.
• Experience operating a forklift and man-lift preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform simple to complex mechanical, large-scale assembly tasks.
• Assemble projects per plans and guidance from Assembly Team Lead or Production Manager.
• Plan and determine methods and sequences of operations, including material selection.
• Provide direction to assistants when needed.
