Job summary

Motor Coach Industries (MCI) in Blackwood, NJ is hiring multiple Mechanics to perform advanced diagnostic, repair, and maintenance tasks across diesel, electric, and hydrogen powertrains. Positions require working with minimal supervision and offering growth opportunities within a respected North American leader in motor Coaches.

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in automotive, diesel, or related fields.
HV safety certification and training highly desired for EV work.
Experience with diagnostic tools and fleet data software.

Responsibilities

Engine diagnosis and repair of diesel, electric, and hydrogen engines.
Lead and mentor Mechanic Helpers and IV team members.
Maintain engines, electrical, pneumatic, and body accessories.
Perform routine and advanced maintenance and replacements.
Assist in glass installations and body repairs.
