Qualifikationen

• JD required (ABA-accredited).
• Minimum 3 years of Life Insurance experience; 5 years preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide expertise on advanced market strategies including estate planning, wealth transfer, business succession and executive compensation.
• Design and structure complex life insurance and annuity solutions.
• Analyze financial, legal and tax documentation to identify risk exposures and planning opportunities.
• Partner with distribution teams to support case design, underwriting strategy and client presentations.
• Participate in joint field meetings with agents, advisors and clients.
• Deliver training through webinars, workshops and seminars to agents and financial professionals.
• Stay current on tax law changes, NAIC/state regulations, compliance standards and emerging industry trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, actuarial, marketing and sales teams.
• Utilize CRM systems and illustration/planning tools to support business development and reporting.
