Responsibilities

• Fabricate or assemble mechanical components for larger assemblies.
• Set up and test prototype units and subassemblies under operating conditions.
• Assist engineers with development, tests, and fabrication of parts.
• Perform manufacturing operations tasks, calibration, rework and quality tests.
• Use data to adjust products or procedures to meet specs.
• Handle and manage fragile composite materials and document usage.
• Maintain shop area cleanliness and organization.
