AAS in Electronics and 5 years' experience required; full-time on-site position with a focus on safety and engagement. The trainer will manage labs, equipment, records, and collaboration with program staff to ensure effective training
Compensation Type: Salaried Compensation: $61,200.00 The Advanced Manufacturing Technical Trainer delivers hands-on technical training programs for incumbent workers, employer-sponsored trainees, workforce development participants, and other adult learners. This position facilitates competency-based technical training in classroom, laboratory, and industrial environments while ensuring a safe, engaging, and effective training experience. The Technical Trainer evaluates learner progress, adapts training approaches to meet workforce needs, and collaborates with training management and curriculum teams to maintain industry-relevant training solutions.
*May work days, evenings, or weekends.
