Job summary

Moog is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Buffalo, NY, onsite, leading a team of 4-5 engineers. You will identify, develop, test and implement cutting-edge manufacturing technologies to improve production across diverse products. The role demands TRL/MRL framework experience and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience including projects in manufacturing engineering, industrial robotics, automation or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others.
• Fundamental knowledge of TRL and MRL concepts and frameworks.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, test and implement appropriate Advanced Manufacturing technologies.
• Manage and prioritize activities for 4-5 engineers.
• Communicate requirements with internal and external collaborators and suppliers.
• Develop relationships with manufacturing research organizations.
• Plan and report projects from early to late stages to production implementation.
• Travel 10-15%.
