Moog seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of 4–5 engineers and drive adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies across diverse products and processes. You will collaborate with project, mechanical, electrical, robotics, controls, and software teams to optimize production and develop new processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial robotics, or control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Knowledge of TRL/MRL concepts and frameworks.
• Strong communication and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies across products and processes.
• Lead and prioritize activities for a team of 4–5 engineers.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers for project success.
• Build relationships with universities and suppliers in advanced manufacturing.
• Plan and report on projects from concept to production readiness.
• Apply TRL/MRL in project planning and execution.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to align business needs with tech opportunities.
• Drive productivity and quality improvements through manufacturing technologies.
